Ms Bow and Ms Tie is a couple developed by Elise Doll and myself to provide accessible, playful education for children on their way too puberty. With the aim of creating resilience and autonomy before they hit adolescence.

Ms Bow and Ms Tie give workshops in presentation techniques and storytelling and will show how (not) to do this correctly.

In a series of training, the children will learn how to use their voice, body and language to be confident, answer questions and engage in healthy discussions.
